Ordering, Payment & Shipping

  • Orders should be placed by using the shopping cart.
  • Prices shown do not include delivery. Postage and Packing cost will be added at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.
  • There is no minimum order required, but there is a minimum postage & packing charge (1.00 for UK).
  • Payment method may be selected once your cart is complete. Payment may be made selecting online payment by credit/debit card via Paypal.
  • UK customers only - If you prefer to pay by cheque/postal order, please select this method, print out a copy of your order and post to: Planet Pa Kua, 11 St. John's Road, Walthamstow, London, E17 4JG. Please enclose your cheque/postal order with copy order. All cheques should be made payable to 'Planet Pa Kua'. Please note orders paid by cheque will not be despatched until cheque has cleared.
  • You are welcome to telephone or email to check stock availability; however, I regret we do not accept telephone orders. All orders are dealt with as soon as possible and we aim to despatch within 7 days of receipt. However, some items may take up to 28 days, so please be patient.
  • All offers are subject to stock availability. Any price changes will be notified prior to despatch.

Cancellation & Returns Policy:

  • Planet Pa Kua operates a 14-day, no-quibble cancellation/returns policy.
  • All goods should be checked upon receipt, and any shortage or damage should be reported to us by email within 3 days of delivery (not including weekends).
  • Credit may not be given for goods returned without prior agreement. When returning goods, it is your responsibility to ensure they are securely packaged. No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are adhered to.
  • Return Postage is payable by the customer, except in the case of damaged goods or an incorrect item being sent out.
  • No credit or refund will be given for losses due to incorrect storage or use by the customer of any goods supplied by Planet Pa Kua.
  • Complaints procedure: Where possible we aim to resolve all complaints immediately and at the most within two working days. Any customer details passed to us during this process are kept confidential, and we will keep you fully informed during the complaint process.
